King’s Kids Unlimited, Inc. was incorporated and registered in the State of Pennsylvania in 1987. Application for non-profit status under section 501(c)(3) was submitted to the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Pennsylvania February 2, 1988 and probationary approval was granted September 2, 1988. Final approval was granted April 15, 1992. The corporation has maintained its non-profit status both with the IRS and the State of Pennsylvania to the current date.

On April 28, 2010 a fictitious name was registered with the State of Pennsylvania to start doing business as Abba’s Arms International, Inc. under King’s Kids Unlimited, Inc. Both operate as non-profit corporations.

All contributions to either corporation are fully tax deductible in the United States.
